On a daily basis, I support organisations in making strategic office leasing decisions — decisions that increasingly go beyond square metres and extend to organisational growth, ways of working and access to talent.
Today, one of the key factors influencing these decisions is artificial intelligence. It appears in almost every conversation — as an opportunity, a challenge and a source of uncertainty.
In this context, the GBS sector is particularly important, given its significant role in Kraków’s economy and labour market. At the same time, discussions around the impact of AI on this sector are often shaped by simplifications and negative narratives. This publication was created in response to that. Based on conversations with practitioners and experts, its aim is to present a practical view of the real impact of AI on the GBS sector, the labour market and the workplace — both today and in the years ahead.
